Having studied health at university, I have always had an interest in delicious healthy food, and since becoming a mum - that has led to great interest and creativity. While breastfeeding my children, their milk needs fluctuated WILDLY, so I learned to bake lactation cookies early to support my supply. Additionally, my son is dairy intolerant - so I changed to dairy-free while breastfeeding. A more FODMAP-friendly (GF/DF) keeps my digestive system much happier. I've also adopted more plant-based options at home in general. The Milk and Cookies range has something for every cookie-lover, including those with specialised diets, mums needing support with breastmilk supply or both!
